Our client is expanding into Glasgow and is on the lookout for enthusiastic Customer Service and Sales Representatives to join their vibrant team. You\’ll represent some of the UK\’s most impactful charities through face-to-face campaigns that raise awareness and inspire long-term support.

What You\’ll Do as a Customer Service & Sales Representative

As a representative, your day will involve connecting with members of the public in busy locations—such as where they live, shopping centres, events, high streets, and train stations. Your role will be to start engaging conversations, raise awareness about the charity campaigns you represent, and encourage people to become long-term donors.

You\’ll be expected to deliver excellent customer service by answering questions, building trust, and leaving each person with a positive impression. This role is all about meaningful interaction—you\’ll be helping people see how their support can make a real difference in the world.

You\’ll also work to achieve realistic performance targets and enjoy the benefits of uncapped commission. The harder you work, the more you earn, and your achievements will be recognised and rewarded.

What We\’re Looking For

We\’re seeking an individual who is confident, outgoing, and enjoy\’s speaking with people from all walks of life. You\’ll need strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the drive to meet performance goals.

While previous experience in customer service, sales, or fundraising is helpful, it\’s not essential. More important is your willingness to learn, grow, and be part of a fast-paced, supportive team environment.
