What You\'ll Do:
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with one day weekends currently part of the Rota and late shifts availability.
- Overtime: Overtime opportunities during peak sales periods.
- Customer Service: Engage with international customers, addressing their queries via email and social media, and guiding them to solve problems independently.
- Product Knowledge: Gain an in-depth understanding of the Wave brand and its products to provide tailored advice and upsell where appropriate.
- Complex Queries: Handle detailed and sometimes challenging customer issues, ensuring they are resolved through thoughtful and thorough responses.
- Collaborative Support: While your primary role will be in customer service, you may be called on to assist in logistics, marketing, or other areas of the business during busy times.
Key Responsibilities:

- Supporting the workflow for production by coordinating with other teams.
