Are you a results-driven individual who loves building relationships and delivering real impact in-store? We’re looking for a Territory Manager to join our growing Wave team, helping retailers improve visibility, availability, and sales across the grocery sector. This is a dynamic, field-based role where no two days are the same. You’ll be engaging with key store contacts, influencing displays, and working to ensure our campaigns and brands shine on the shop floor.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience in field sales, direct sales, or retail – ideally within the FMCG sector (but not essential)
  • Growth mindset with a problem-solving approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – confident in negotiation, influencing, rapport building, and presenting
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible in your approach
  • Target-driven and thrives in a results-focused environment
