Job Description
The Wave Team has extensive experience in managing community leisure facilities, including leisure centres (wet and dry), dual-use sites (such as schools and colleges), and running sport and physical activity programs (indoor and outdoor).
The primary responsibility of the Barista is to provide friendly and efficient full service to all customers at all times.
Summary of Main Duties
- Adhere to Wave Active standards.
- Maintain opening times and operational standards as agreed.
- Provide prompt and efficient service to customers, offering suitable product alternatives when required.
- Communicate any changes in service to customers effectively.
- Engage with customers to exceed their needs and expectations.
Personal Specification
- Barista experience is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
- Ability to obtain or possess a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and COSHH certification.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business demands.
