As the Production Chemist, you will be providing technical support for the manufacturing process at our sites. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and driving proactive and reactive programs to reduce problem batches, defects, process issues, and major interventions.
- Communicating issues and outcomes to the site Production and Technical Management Teams.
- Ensuring all formula changes are tested, processed, and documented in SAP.
- Providing backup to the Quality Supervisor and QC Lab for bench testing.

- Tertiary qualifications in Chemistry or related science discipline
- Previous experience with QC testing or similar
- Good oral and written communication skills, including report and documentation writing
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with others
- Ability to work independently on set tasks to achieve outcomes within acceptable timeframes
- Experience with SAP formula management system is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
