We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Sales Leader UK & Ireland to accelerate the growth of our HVAC & Controls and Plumbing business across the United Kingdom and Ireland, with a strong focus on the WHO segment. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing strategic customer relationships, driving specification and pull-through activities, and leading commercial initiatives across the UK& Ireland market.This role requires a strong combination of leadership, market understanding, strategic thinking, and hands-on commercial execution.Responsibilities and DutiesDevelop and execute the UK sales strategy for HVAC & Controls and PlumbingDrive sustainable sales growth and market share expansionBuild strong relationships with key customers, consultants, installers, contractors, wholesalers, and specification partnersIdentify and develop new business opportunities and vertical market approachesLead and support specification-driven sales and pull strategiesWork closely with marketing, product management, customer service, and operations to ensure alignment and executionAnalyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunitiesDeliver accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and business reportingSupport pricing strategies and commercial negotiationsCoach, motivate, and develop the UK commercial organization where applicableEducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferredMinimum 7–10 years of commercial experience within HVAC, plumbing, Controls, water technologies, or building servicesProven leadership experience managing sales teams and driving commercial performanceStrong understanding of the UK& Ireland HVAC and plumbing distribution landscapeExperience working with specification sales, consultants, contractors, and wholesale channelsDemonstrated success in delivering growth strategies and business development initiativesStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsFinancial and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and sales forecastsProficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics toolsAbility to work in a fast-paced international matrix organizationWillingness to travel regularly within the UKFull UK driving license requiredManagementThe internal sales manager & the team of regional sales managers will be direct reports of this role.Experience, skills and qualitiesProven commercial leadership experience within HVAC & PlumbingStrong knowledge of the UK market and WHO channel landscapeExperience with specification sales and project-driven businessStrategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilitiesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to build long-term customer partnershipsResults-oriented with strong analytical and negotiation skillsExperience working in an international matrix organization is an advantageFamiliarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales management #J-18808-Ljbffr
