Role Description
The Call Centre Agent role at Watts Marketing Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Norwich.
The agent will make outbound and receive inbound calls to qualify leads in the home improvements sector, following set scripts and compliance guidelines.
Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential customers, asking relevant questions, accurately recording information in the system, and ensuring leads meet agreed criteria before passing them to clients.
