We are currently seeking confident and enthusiastic individuals to join our team in a dynamic sales environment. Previous sales experience is not required; however, a professional telephone manner and some background in customer service would be advantageous.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation specialising in eco home improvements and renewable energy solutions. The company is known for its commitment to customer satisfaction and supportive working culture. Based in Hellesdon, Norwich.
What We Offer
- Competitive On-Target Earnings of Β£23,500 β Β£45,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
- Conducting outbound warm calls to customers who have already expressed interest
- Handling enquiries, processing applications, and booking appointments
- Building rapport and providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system
- Meeting performance targets and KPIs
