We’re looking for dedicated and hardworking Packhouse Operatives to join our Production Team at Watts Farms.

About The Role

You’ll play a key role in preparing, grading, and packing our fresh produce, ready for distribution to our customers. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, perfect for someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in maintaining high standards of quality and food safety.

Duties

  • Washing, preparing, grading, and packing fresh produce to quality specifications
  • Working efficiently and accurately as part of a production line
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times
  • Following company policies, health & safety, and food hygiene standards
  • Supporting a positive and productive team culture

What We’re Looking For

Working Hours

This is a full-time position of 48 hours per week, working five days a week. Shifts will be scheduled between the hours of 7am and 7pm. Flexibility will be required to meet business needs during busy periods.

We are a third-generation, family-run grower and supplier of fresh produce, with our Head Office based in Farningham, Kent. Our produce is grown, picked, packed, and distributed from our own production site. Over the years, we have developed specialist growing techniques and varieties to ensure we consistently provide our customers with the very best quality and flavour. We pride ourselves on our high standards, our passion for food, and our commitment to delivering a first-class service. We are also proud to meet the requirements of the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety, demonstrating our dedication to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
