Watts Farms has an opportunity for a Night Warehouse Picker to join our warehouse team on a full‑time, permanent basis. You will be based at our site in Aylesford and will receive a competitive salary of £32,409.57 per annum. Start time: 2pm until midnight. Working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, average 48 hours per week.
What will you be doing?
- Picking customer orders in a chilled environment.
- General warehouse housekeeping.
- Stock replenishment.
- Quality checking to ensure the produce that is sent to customers is of the best quality.
- Adopting a clean‑as‑you‑go policy within the warehouse.
- Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to within the warehouse.
What skills and experience will you need?
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is an advantage.
- Previous picking experience is an advantage.
- Reliable, ability to work in a team or individually if required.
- Strong communication skills – ability to understand and follow instructions.
