Are you an experienced packhouse or fresh produce professional with a strong background in packing line operations and maintaining high food safety standards? We are looking for a Packhouse Supervisor to assist the production management team in the operation and product efficiency of the production lines at Farningham. Due to the location of the role, access to your own transport would be required.
What does the job involve?
- Overseeing production line activities and ensuring full compliance with health and safety procedures
- Managing machine operations, including product and film changes, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Liaising with supervisors and management regarding customer orders
- Maintaining accurate and complete production records
- Supervising staff across production areas
- Upholding all site rules and promoting high standards of hygiene and housekeeping

Working hours: 5 shifts per week Sundays to Thursdays (48 hours). Hours are variable and will be confirmed on a rota basis, however flexibility will be required between the hours of 07.00 and 18:00.
