Watts Farms has an opportunity for a Night Warehouse Operative to join our warehouse team on a full‑time, permanent basis. You will be based at our site in Aylesford and will receive a competitive salary of £32,409.59 per annum, plus a pick rate performance bonus. You will work any 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis between the hours of 17:00 and 03:00, working an average of 48 hours per week.

What will you be doing?

  • Picking customer orders in a chilled environment
  • General warehouse housekeeping
  • Stock replenishment
  • Quality checking to ensure the produce that is sent to customers is of the best quality
  • Adopting a clean as you go policy within the Warehouse
  • Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to within the Warehouse

What skills and experience will you need?

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment
  • Previous picking experience is an advantage
  • Reliable, ability to work in a team or individually if required
  • Strong communication skills - ability to understand and follow instructions
