We’re looking for a hands‑on Production Supervisor to support the day‑to‑day running of our packing lines at Watts Farms in Farningham. This is a great opportunity to join a well‑established fresh produce business where quality, teamwork and continuous improvement are at the heart of what we do. You’ll lead production teams, maintain high food safety standards and help ensure customer orders are packed efficiently and to specification. Due to our rural location, your own transport is essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising packing line operations and production staff
- Ensuring health & safety and food safety standards are maintained
- Supporting machine set‑up, product changeovers and basic troubleshooting
- Monitoring production efficiency and product quality
- Completing production records accurately
- Working closely with the wider production management team
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and housekeeping
What We’re Looking For
- Experience within fresh produce, food production or packhouse operations
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
- A proactive and reliable approach
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work calmly in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and food safety awareness
Working Hours
- Sunday to Thursday
- 48 hours per week
- Flexibility required between 7am and 6pm depending on production requirements
