Working hours are 06:30 - 16:30 on a rota basis, working 5 shifts out of 7.
Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders.
- Ensuring accurate movement of produce around the warehouse.
- General duties as required as a warehouse operative.
- Ensuring the workspace is clean and tidy.
Required Skills and Experience
- Physically fit for a manual role.
- Motivated and trustworthy with a positive attitude to work.
- Good communicator and able to work well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is an advantage.

Watts Farms is a third‑generation family‑run farming business, established in 1952, that supplies fresh produce to the hospitality industry across Kent, London and surrounding areas. The company also provides home deliveries of fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as a full range of grocery, dairy, alcohol and pantry goods.
