Salary: £28,364.72 per annum

Job Type: Permanent, Full time

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor who will ensure our customers receive an efficient and positive experience and service.

Working hours: 42.5 hours per week between 08:00 and 18:00 on a rota basis (incl. weekend work). Shift patterns vary between 08:00-17:00 and 09:00-18:00.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Answering incoming calls and handling queries via telephone and email
  • Inputting orders onto the sales system
  • Producing credit notes and invoices
  • Performing administrative duties such as updating customer accounts and producing delivery notes and invoices
  • Dealing with customer queries in a professional and courteous manner

What Skills And Experience You Will Need

  • Previous telephone experience - call centre or customer service oriented
  • Highly motivated
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Computer literate (Excel, Word)
  • Previous experience in fresh produce is preferred but not essential

We are growers, packers and distributors of fresh produce supplying the hospitality industry across Kent, London and surrounding areas. We have recently diversified into direct Home Deliveries offering freshly picked fruit and vegetables from our own farms as well as a full range of grocery, dairy, alcohol, and pantry goods.
