The predicted salary is between 11 - 14 £ per hour.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our farm team from March 2026 on a fixed term contract for up to 8 months. If you’re looking for a role that’s challenging, but where pay is rewarded on output, join us in the Kent countryside.

What does the job involve? The role includes manually planting, harvesting, and maintaining crops (hand weeding), both on fields and in poly tunnels. You will have good physical stamina to meet the minimum pick rate speed and will be a motivated self-starter. You will also have good dexterity to enable you to use your hands in a skilful, coordinated way when handling the crop and cutting appliances. Due to the nature of this work, you will be willing and able to work in all weathers and be flexible to work 6 days per week between the hours of 6am & 6pm.

Working hours

5+ days per week, 6am-6pm.

Recruitment process

The interview process will include both an interview and a work sample. Pre-employment checks will include a Drug & Alcohol test.
