We're looking for a reliable Multi Drop Delivery Driver to join our transport team based in Aylesford. If you enjoy driving, and being part of a supportive, family run business – this could be the role for you!

Hours: Starting at 6:30am, working an average of 48 hours per week across 5 shifts per week.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Multidrop deliveries of fresh produce across Kent, London, and surrounding areas
  • Daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
  • Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
  • Friendly and professional service to customers
  • Collection of goods back to depot

Full training will be provided on routes.

What You'll Need:

  • A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • A professional, reliable, and punctual approach to work
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • A customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering excellent service
  • The ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
  • A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take ownership of tasks
  • Adaptability and confidence in making sound decisions when required
  • Previous experience in a similar role or working environment would be advantageous, but is not essential
