We are currently recruiting for a Counter Balance Driver for a temporary contract starting immediately.
We are recruiting experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a busy automotive logistics operation based in the Bottesford / Long Bennington area of Nottinghamshire. This temporary role is expected to last a minimum of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Unloading cars and vehicle parts from containers
- Moving vehicles and stock around the yard area
- Carrying out daily vehicle and equipment checks
- Following all site health and safety procedures
- Assisting with general warehouse and logistics duties when required
- Reporting any damages or operational issues promptly
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence/Certificate
- Previous experience operating a Counterbalance FLT in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Experience unloading containers preferred
- Good awareness of health and safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Flexible approach to shifts and workload
- Ongoing temporary work with a minimum 6-month assignment
- Monday to Friday working pattern
