Our Bedford based client are currently recruiting for a receptionist on a temp to perm basis. Working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.
The role will involve:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Scheduling conference rooms
- Administration
- Directing clients to relevant department
- Organising the reception area
- Making sure clients have signed in and input car registration details on system
- Making sure stationery is ordered
