Overview

Our client based on the outskirts of Bedford are currently recruting for a site agent/caretaker on an ongoing temporary basis. The hours would be Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (some flexibility maybe required). An enhanced DBS is essential as you would be working with young adults.

Responsibilities

  • Undertaking basic repairs
  • Ensuring the site is secure
  • Supervising cleaning and waste disposal
  • Performing routine maintenance checks
  • Co-ordinating with external contractors
