Our Bedford based client are currently recruting for a part time Customer Service Advisor on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. The hours would be Monday to Friday 9.30am to 2.30pm. The role will involve:- * Action general sales enquiries and ensure customer orders and enquiries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner and service levels are met (within own control). * Ensure customer orders, enquiries and complaints are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner and service levels are met. * Ensure day-to-day administration within the customer service department is maintained. * Work with Customers & Sales Team to ensure their administration needs are met * Updating our website and on-line presence to assist with brand awareness and consumer interaction. * Assisting with rework or web picking, along with other duties as required within the role and when deemed necessary.
