The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing day-to-day production activities across their assigned area. They ensure all client work is completed on time, to specification, and to the highest quality standards, while promoting productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement through effective leadership and communication.
Primary Objectives:
- Plan and manage daily and weekly production schedules.
- Ensure productivity and profitability targets are achieved.
- Lead, support, and develop team members through effective people management.
- Maintain accurate stock management and inventory control.
- Foster interdepartmental collaboration and communication.
- Drive quality and continuous improvement throughout production operations.
42.5 hours a week Monday to Friday (day shift).
