Our client is a friendly, growing business looking for a highly organised and proactive Part-Time Accounts Administrator to join our small, supportive team. This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has excellent attention to detail, and is confident managing day-to-day accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase and sales invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit control
- Assisting with supplier payments
- Organising the office
- General accounts administration
- Supporting the team with other administrative tasks as required
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in an accounts administration role
- Strong working knowledge of Xero (essential)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage your workload and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
