Key Responsibilities
- Operate industrial laundry and finishing machinery safely and effectively.
- Load and unload industrial washing and drying equipment.
- Sort garments according to type, colour, and processing requirements.
- Fold, pack, and prepare cleaned workwear for distribution and delivery.
- Inspect garments for damage, stains, or quality issues and report concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the work area.
- Follow all health and safety procedures, including manual handling guidelines.
- Meet productivity and quality targets within a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with stock movement and handling of laundry bags, cages, and trolleys.
- Work collaboratively with team members across shift patterns.
Working Hours
This role operates on a rotating shift pattern:
- Early Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
- Late Shift: 12:00pm – 8:00pm
Employees will alternate between early and late shifts on an every-other-week basis.
Skills and Experience

- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
