What You'll Be Doing
- Take Full Accountability: As the Duty Holder, you will be responsible for our entire electrical network up to 11KV, overseeing medium and low voltage systems that keep our operations running.
- Lead, Train, and Mentor: You'll develop and coach engineers to become Senior Authorised Persons in Medium Voltage switching and power generation.
- Future-Proof Our Electrical Systems: You will drive strategic improvements and capital investment decisions in transformers, switchgear, motors, VFDs, MCCs, and more, ensuring our long-term operational success.
- Be the Hands-On Expert: When electrical challenges arise, your expertise will be critical in guiding and assisting the team in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Project Leadership: Manage and deliver electrical infrastructure projects up to £1M, ensuring we meet deadlines, budgets, and safety standards.
- Compliance & Best Practice: You will ensure we exceed industry standards, meet regulatory compliance, and implement world-class maintenance strategies (RCA, FMEA) to enhance system reliability.
