The Role
As a multi-skilled engineer, you ll be at the heart of this transformation, ensuring production facilities run at peak efficiency while playing a key role in shaping the future of the engineering function. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across electrical, mechanical, and automation systems, with a focus on reliability, process improvement, and efficiency.

What you’ll get up to:
- Maintain and optimise plant performance across multiple sites.
- Carry out electrical, mechanical, and automation maintenance.
- Support and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and execute an effective maintenance programme.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve site performance.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and environmental regulations.
- Manage contractors and issue permits to work.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday 6am – 2pm, 2pm -10pm and 8am – 4pm.
What do you need to have?
- A strong engineering background, ideally within an FMCG or food manufacturing environment.
- Experience in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
- Knowledge of Lean tools and world-class manufacturing principles.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant engineering qualifications.
