Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Surveyor & Registered Valuer. The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting property surveys, preparing valuation reports, advising customers and clients on values, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The role involves traveling to property sites, interacting with clients, and working closely with other team members to provide comprehensive property services.
Qualifications
- Experience in conducting Home Surveys Level 2 and Level 3 and preparing valuation reports
- A Registered RICS Valuer
- Strong knowledge of property valuation methods and regulatory standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Experience of using valuation and survey technology
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Membership of RICS as an experienced AssocRICS or MRICS surveyor
- Preferably a Bachelor\'s degree in Surveying, Real Estate, or a related field
- Postcode areas of interest are Chelmsford, Oxford and Birmingham areas
