We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant General Manager to join the team and help support the day-to-day running of the business. This is the perfect role for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to take the next step in their management career.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the pub
- Leading by example on the floor and maintaining excellent service standards
- Training, motivating and developing the team
- Assisting with rota scheduling and staff management
- Managing bookings and helping coordinate events
- Creating content and supporting the management of our social media and website
- Working closely with management to drive sales, atmosphere and community engagement
