Macks Solicitors are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated full time Private Family Solicitor to join our prestigious law firm. As a Private Family Solicitor, you will handle a wide range of family law cases, providing expert legal advice and representation to our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements and prenuptial agreements.
- Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, whilst representing clients in court hearings.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their best interests are protected.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals to support staff to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Stay updated with changes in family law legislation and maintain your expertise.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with 3 years of experience in this field would be desirable.
- Strong knowledge of family law principles, procedures and relevant legislation.
- Proven Track record of handling complex family law cases with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional client management and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.
