Are you an LPC graduate looking to kickstart your legal career in criminal law? We are continuously seeking dedicated individuals to join our Criminal Defence Direct team, providing essential telephone legal advice to clients detained at police stations. This is an ongoing recruitment due to the nature of the role. The position operates on a 24/7 rota basis, reflecting the demands of police station work. Shifts are worked on a rotating schedule and include: 10:00, 14:00, and 22:00.

Police Station Accreditation is provided as part of the role, an excellent stepping stone for your legal career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clear, concise legal advice over the phone to police station detainees
  • Manage and progress cases efficiently while meeting commercial targets
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team leaders to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Maintain accurate case records and ensure timely follow-up on all cases
  • Deliver empathetic, professional client care during high-stress situations
  • Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards at all times
Qualifications and Skills:
