Job Summary We seek a talented Manufacturing Engineer to ensure quality, efficiency, and process integrity in our manufacturing plant. You will help transition the pump assembly to an agile system, drive improvements, and collaborate across teams. Key Responsibilities Safety: Resolve health and safety issues, participate in risk assessments, and report concerns. Quality & Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance, manage change processes, and implement corrective actions. Delivery: Lead continuous improvement projects, design and procure jigs and fixtures, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain documentation. New Product Introduction: Support manufacturing readiness for new products. Team Collaboration Work closely with Production, Facilities, EHS, TPM, CI, Quality, and Group Engineering teams. Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Process, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience. Understanding of quality assurance and lean six sigma principles. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
