In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Lead surveillance testing programmes, analysing product performance, identifying risks, and driving improvements through data‑led insights
  • Develop and validate metrology methods across dimensional, mechanical, and functional measurements
  • Take ownership of measurement system analysis (MSA), ensuring robust, accurate and compliant measurement processes
  • Design and optimise CMM programmes for complex, tight‑tolerance components
  • Create and implement test protocols and technical procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards
  • Conduct hands‑on testing and inspection, producing clear, evidence‑based reports
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with R&D, Manufacturing and Quality teams to resolve technical challenges and support audits

Skills/Experience:

  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in Mechanical Engineering, Metrology, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
  • Significant experience in metrology, dimensional inspection, or measurement systems engineering
  • Proven ability in CMM programming (e.g. PC‑DMIS, Calypso or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 within regulated manufacturing environments
  • Experience developing technical procedures, inspection plans, and test protocols
  • Expertise in statistical analysis, MSA, and capability studies
  • Experience working with pumps, tubing, or fluid‑handling systems

You’ll also bring:
