Job Summary

The Divisional Process Partner (DPP) is the senior division‑facing process leader responsible for representing Sales Division needs within the global process blueprint. The GDPP ensures the division’s strategic requirements are reflected in the global roadmap, supports global standard adoption, and sponsors divisional change, capability and value realisation.

Scope of Responsibility

  • Primary advocate for the Sales Division within global process governance.
  • Ensures alignment between Divisional strategy and global process priorities.
  • Supports adoption, capability, and performance improvement within the Division.
  • Coordinates divisional readiness for process releases, data changes, and process updates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Divisional Process Strategy & Prioritisation
    • Translate divisional commercial strategy into prioritised process requirements.
    • Build value cases for divisional requests; partner with GPL to shape the global roadmap.
    • Represent the Division in global councils and design authority meetings.
  • Global–Local Alignment & Advocacy
    • Advocate divisional needs while upholding global standards.
    • Negotiate controlled exceptions based on evidence and value.
    • Ensure divisional initiatives are process‑aligned and scalable.
    • Co‑own divisional KPI commitments related to process improvements.
    • Drive quarterly performance reviews; identify root causes and actions.
    • Ensure benefits from process enhancements are realised and reported.
  • Adoption, Capability & Change
    • Sponsor divisional adoption; ensure leadership engagement.
    • Support communication, enablement, and capability uplift for behaviours.
    • Validate divisional training needs and feedback to central Training teams.
  • Stakeholder Leadership
    • Influence regional leaders and Sales Directors to align on global process standards.
    • Coordinate with GPOs, GPL, Sales Ops, and IT to resolve issues.
    • Represent divisional insights and user pain‑points in global discussions.

Success Measures

  • Divisional process adoption and capability improvements.
  • Demonstrated value realisation through process improvements.
  • Reduction in divisional exceptions and improved global alignment.
  • Effective leadership sponsorship and communication impacts.

Skills/Experience

  • Proven experience in Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, or Process Excellence roles.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional change initiatives within complex organisations.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and process improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or owning business process improvement projects.
  • Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives, ideally within global business processes.
  • Practical experience using Six Sigma or similar methodologies to evaluate and improve process effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality management.
  • Experience building strong cross‑functional relationships across a business.
  • Experience working with major ERP or business systems (e.g., Microsoft CE, Finance & Operations) is advantageous.
  • Experience developing or delivering training content is desirable.
  • Project management experience, particularly in cross‑functional teams, is desirable.
  • Understanding of internal controls and risk management in relation to business process design is beneficial.
  • Six Sigma qualification (or working towards) is desirable.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Self‑driven with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing best practice.
