Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Assistant Accountant to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with customs duty compliance and processes
- Support quarterly and annual statutory and regulatory reporting
- Contribute to internal controls and the year-end audit process
- Collaborate across functions and liaise with internal stakeholders
- Produce daily reports for submission
- Support data gathering and analysis for the finance team
- Assist wider finance team as needed
- Handle ad hoc requests
Who you\’ll be working with:
Within the Finance team and across internal stakeholders in the business.
Skills/Experience:
- Part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or AAT qualified
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a desire to understand the \’why\’ behind the numbers
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder relationship building
- Proactive, organized, and IT proficient with strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software
