We're recruiting an Area Manager to take full commercial and operational ownership of a multi-site business unit covering the Braintree depot and the surrounding Essex area, the kind of role where the decisions, the team, and the outcomes are genuinely yours. Watson Fuels is reopening and reinvesting in local depots, moving away from a centralised model and back towards a network that's rooted in the communities it serves. It's a strategy built on faster response times, stronger local relationships, and decisions made by people who actually know the patch, which is exactly the kind of leadership this role calls for. A team made up of Account Executives, a Key Account Manager, Operations Supervisors, and Drivers, across a key region for one of the UK's most established fuel suppliers. You'll need a track record of leading field-based sales teams, depot-based operational experience, and the commercial confidence to manage P&L, budgets, and margin at a senior level.
