We're recruiting an Area Manager to take full commercial and operational ownership of a multi-site business unit covering the Braintree depot and the surrounding Essex area, the kind of role where the decisions, the team, and the outcomes are genuinely yours.

What you'd be running:
A team made up of Account Executives, a Key Account Manager, Operations Supervisors, and Drivers, across a key region for one of the UK's most established fuel suppliers.
What we need from you:
Proven experience in the fuel sector is essential for this role. You'll need a track record of leading field-based sales teams, depot-based operational experience, and the commercial confidence to manage P&L, budgets, and margin at a senior level.
