Watson & Fine is seeking a highly experienced and driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team at Watson and Fine Agribusiness. As COO, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and implementing strategies to drive growth and improve efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals
Manage and direct all operational activities, including production, logistics, and supply chain
Oversee the budget and financial performance of the company
Lead and manage the operational team to ensure they have the resources and support they need to meet objectives
Identify and secure new business opportunities and contracts to drive revenue growth
Collaborate with other senior leaders to develop and execute company-wide initiatives
Requirements:
Proven experience as a COO or similar role in an agribusiness
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent business acumen and financial management skills
Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities and contracts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
