Watson & Fine is seeking a highly experienced and driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team at Watson and Fine Agribusiness. As COO, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and implementing strategies to drive growth and improve efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals
- Manage and direct all operational activities, including production, logistics, and supply chain
- Oversee the budget and financial performance of the company
- Lead and manage the operational team to ensure they have the resources and support they need to meet objectives
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and contracts to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to develop and execute company-wide initiatives
Requirements:
