The predicted salary is between 40500 - 49500 £ per year.

The Reward & Benefits Advisor will be relied upon for proactive and broad reward activities.

The incumbent will have a focused area of activity in their own space of benefits and reward, but also be drawn upon to assist the Senior Reward Manager, the Global Heads of HR and wider HR team for general reward assistance throughout our various locations.

The postholder must equally ensure the high-quality management of our global insurance policies and other benefit offerings.

What you'll be doing

  • Reward & Compensation
  • Support the annual compensation cycle, including salary reviews, bonus processes, pay benchmarking and preparation of leadership papers.
  • Prepare, analyse and interpret reward data to support decision-making and recommendations.
  • Lead all market benchmarking activities and external salary surveys, including data collation, submission, analysis and presentation of findings.
  • Manage job evaluation and pay grading processes for relevant employee populations.
  • Produce Gender Pay Gap reporting and analysis.
  • Support EU Pay Transparency requirements and related activities.
  • Coordinate the annual Short-Term Business Visitor return.
  • Manage the firm's employee and partner insurance programmes, including: Group Income Protection, Group Life Assurance, Terminal Illness & Permanent Total Disability, Critical Illness and Private Medical Insurance
  • Own the end-to-end renewal process for all insurance policies, working closely with the firm's benefits broker.
  • Manage membership changes, claims administration and medical underwriting requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all benefits and insurance queries and communications.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with benefits providers, insurers and brokers.
  • Partner with global Office Managers on local benefits provision and globally managed benefit programmes.
  • Review, enhance and implement employee benefits, including researching, evaluating and onboarding new providers where appropriate.
  • Lead benefits communications and change management initiatives for employees and partners.
  • Prepare recommendations on benefit enhancements and alternative offerings for leadership consideration.
  • Research and implement benefits for new office locations as required.
  • Manage the firm's wellbeing benefits, including annual health screenings, Employee Assistance Programmes and Work Life Central.
  • Experience of working within HR, reward, benefits or related function
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data with meaningful insights
  • High level of attention to detail, strong communication skills and proven organisation skills
  • Benefits administration experience, including renewal of annual policies
  • Understanding of benefits management and claims
  • Experience of reward, salary benchmarking, collating data, involvement during a compensation cycle
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to share and collaborate with colleagues
  • Ability to handle self-manage and project manage
  • Experience of improving processes
  • Familiarity with HR systems and running reports
  • Someone who is happy to roll their sleeves up, a true team player and a problem solver
