- Full‐time - Office based
- Monday – Thursday 9am‐5pm – Friday 9am‐3pm.
- Based in Southend‐on‐Sea so you must live near to the office.
Job Purpose:
My client is looking for a confident, capable Office Manager to keep their growing team organised, efficient and moving forward. To work in a vibrant busy office. You'll be the operational heartbeat of the office making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so the wider team can shine.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing day‐to‐day office operations
- Overseeing Quickbooks (experience essential)
- Liaising with external accountants and suppliers
- Managing invoices, expenses and financial tracking
- Supporting team coordination and workflow
- Assisting with the organisation of events (from logistics to supplier management)
- Keeping systems, CRM and company documents in order.
- Looking after the apprentice.
