Job Purpose
- To ensure the safe, smooth, and efficient running of the Finishing Machines.
- Reduce machine downtime for make-readies and breakdowns.
- Reduce running times while maintaining quality, as measured against targeted standards.
- Minimise waste related to reprints, monitored through Reprint Analysis.
General Responsibilities
- Comply with the Company's Information Security Management System at all times.
- Follow all Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental policies and procedures.
- Participate proactively in developing and improving the Company's Management Systems, including external standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and Health and Safety regulations.
Skills Required
- At least 2 years of Machine Operating experience.
- Manual handling skills, including lifting and stacking paper, following HSE guidelines.
- Good eyesight for detail.
- Flexibility with working hours, including overtime, weekends, and shifts.
- Ability to operate other machinery or assist as needed.
