Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor required to work on a hybrid model system, with office attendance in Gravesend. A full driving licence is necessary as travel may be required occasionally. Job Purpose Join a dynamic Health, Safety, and Wellbeing team as an experienced and passionate advisor. Contribute to creating a safe, healthy, and supportive environment by providing expert advice to departmental managers, safety representatives, and staff. Engage in exciting projects and campaigns related to health, safety, and wellbeing, emphasizing teamwork and attention to detail. Utilize strong communication skills to engage stakeholders tactfully, maintain confidentiality, and foster collaborative relationships at all levels. Skills Required Proven experience in a Health, Safety, and Wellbeing role, preferably in a high-risk environment. Membership of IOSH or equivalent. NEBOSH General Certificate (NVQ Level 4). Internal auditing experience. CDM Awareness. Working knowledge of ISO 45001. Must have a valid driving licence.
