Watson & Browne Interiors is a boutique interiors studio specialising in thoughtful, design-led spaces with a calm, timeless aesthetic. We create tailored residential and commercial interiors, balancing refined material palettes, practical planning, and beautifully considered detail.

From concept through to final installation, our approach is collaborative and highly curated — delivering spaces that feel elevated, personal, and effortless to live or work in. Unique industry lead Design processes with a large design studio situated within a 20,000 sq ft Retail showroom. Vast selections of Brands & Products to accompany a portfolio of work all over Europe.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Belfast for an Interior Design Specialist. The role involves:

  • Designing and planning interior spaces to meet client specifications
  • Selecting furniture and materials
  • Preparing design layouts
  • Collaborating with clients and team members to achieve project goals
  • Overseeing the implementation of design projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Interior Design and Space Planning
  • Strong Communication skills for collaborating with clients and teammates
  • Knowledge of Furniture and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and specifications
  • Proficiency in design tools and software, as well as an understanding of current design trends
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred

Salary expectation: 32k with an uncapped lucrative commission structure, OTE 40k+. Monday to Saturday with a designated day off during the week. A Saturday off once a month is also guaranteed. Sunday - business closed. Pull Car for Travel and/or Mileage.
