Base pay range
We are delighted to be partnering with a valued, repeat client in Beaconsfield. Following their relocation to a rural setting, we\’re looking for a Finance Assistant who is able to drive and attend the office 5 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Inputting purchase and utilities invoices into COINS
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Creating payment runs and BACS requests
- Processing company expenses, ensuring expenses are authorised by appropriate managers
- Reconciling utilities and council tax invoices
- Reconciling Credit Card Statements and entering journal into COINS
- Review aged purchase ledger with Senior Finance Assistant and investigate discrepancies
- Raising purchase orders, completing due diligence when above 1K
- Setting up suppliers & subcontractors on COINS
- Providing support to the wider finance team as required
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
The Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years’ in a similar Purchase Ledger / Finance Assistant role
- Construction/housebuilding sector experience
- Previous use of COINS system preferred
- Able to prioritise own workload to meet deadlines
- A team player with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude
