Watsham Consulting is recruiting an Assistant Site Manager for a high-end residential site based near High Wycombe, with a clear path to becoming Site Manager. You will report to the Construction Director and work with the Head of Commercial to understand projects, subcontractors and current works.
The role focuses on learning the drawings and programme, coordinating day-to-day activities, monitoring progress and quality, and maintaining records and diary entries on site.
