Watra Care is a national provider of home care. We specialise in working with customers and their families who require social care in their own homes. We offer a high quality unique service of tailored care visits – from 30 minutes to full live-in support allowing customers the opportunity to stay independent in their own homes.
We are currently recruiting for a Care Supervisor to work within our Birmingham team. The role will primarily be field based, assessing customers needs and ensuring these are fulfilled through the supervision of the care team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care worker or support worker looking to progress their career.
Along with an NVQ level 3 in Social Care and previous domiciliary care experience, the ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, work well under pressure and possess a proactive and willing attitude
