Watra Care specialises in providing live-in care/home care and support to our customers throughout the Birmingham, Sandwell and Solihull region. We are currently recruiting a full-time coordinator to join our supportive and friendly team. This role will involve mainly office-based duties.

  • A competitive salary of up to £29,000 per annum

Responsibilities include:

  • Being the first point of contact for customers and care assistants
  • Coordinating care packages - care plans, risk assessments, reviews, compliments/complaints, accidents and incidents
  • Creating and maintaining rotas using our Rota software

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in providing care to the domiciliary sector
  • Pro-active, flexible and committed to providing a quality service
  • Qualification in Health and Social Care preferred but not essential
  • IT literate, with the ability to learn new software quickly
