Watra Care is inviting applications for a Care Assistant position in Birmingham. This role offers immediate start with 37.5–40 guaranteed hours per week and flexible contracts.
Areas Covered: Selly Oak, Edgbaston, Quinton, Moseley, Brandwood & Kings Heath, Hall Green, Sheldon, Acocks Green and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Personal care
- Medication administration
- Food preparation
- Carer breaks (sit‑in care services)
- Visit accompaniment

- Sleep ins

Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic, reliable, committed, outgoing personality
- No previous experience required – training provided, but experience desirable
- Full driving licence and own car (or evidence of working toward licence)
- Flexible to work alternate weekends
Shift Pattern:
- Mon–Fri: 7 am–3 pm & 3 pm–10 pm (choose or both)
- Alternate weekends or one full day on Saturday or Sunday
- Flexible shift patterns available
