We are seeking an organised and proactive Asset Investment Coordinator to join our Asset Management team. This exciting role will support the delivery of planned investment programmes across our housing portfolio by coordinating contract administration, maintaining and validating robust asset data, producing performance reports, and acting as a key point of contact for residents, contractors, and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have excellent administrative, communication, and IT skills, with experience in managing databases, coordinating schedules, and analysing performance information. Knowledge of property services, construction, or social housing would be advantageous.
