The successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience of working in social housing.
  • A proven track record in the delivery of high-quality housing services to customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, report writing, organisational, negotiation, I.T. and customer service skills.

WATMOS Community Homes is a unique social housing landlord owning just over 2700 homes for rent in the Walsall area of the West Midlands and Lambeth in London. There are also 300 leaseholder properties. As a charitable housing provider, our main role is to provide accommodation for people in need of housing.
